When you use the analysis: We collect the business idea text, country, city, and budget range you enter. This data is sent to Anthropic's API to generate the analysis and is not stored permanently on our servers.
When you make a payment: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.
Analytics: We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data (pages visited, time on site, country of origin). No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
Cookies: We use a cookie to remember your cookie consent preference. Google Analytics may set additional cookies once consent is given.
Business idea data is sent to Anthropic API solely to generate your analysis and is not stored or used for training. Analytics data is used to understand how the Service is used and improve it. Payment data is processed by Stripe for transaction purposes only.

We do not permanently store business idea submissions. Analytics data is retained by Google for 26 months. Payment records are retained by Stripe as required by law.

The Service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
